Paying Profits Review

By on March 26, 2013 in High Yield Investment Programmes with 2 Comments

Paying Profits is a High Yield Investment Programme that launched on 13th March 2013.  It has come to my attention because it is shown on many of the popular HYIP Monitors as paying.  I’ve put this review together to give you a better understanding of this company and the services they offer, at the end of my review you can read my investment recommendation.

Paying Profits website doesn’t look like a website associated with a company in the financial services sector and the details of how your money will be invested and returns generated extends to:

“We are proud to introduce you on our private capital investment management company.”

Which really isn’t good enough for you to make any kind of assessment as to whether your money will be successfully managed.

The current investment options offered by Paying Profits ( are:

  • Plan 1 – 114% after 2 days
  • Plan 2 – 150% after 7 days
  • Plan 3 – 200% after 14 days
  • Plan 4 – 300% after 3 days

Unlike many other High Yield Investment Programmes there are no minimum and maximum investment amounts quoted on the Paying Profits website nor does it confirm, although I’m sure it does, that the returns include the initial investment.

Is Paying Profits a Scam?

It is really hard for me to confirm if Paying Profits is a scam but what I can say is that this is one of the poorest HYIP websites, in terms of the content and details of how investments are made and managed, I have reviewed to date.

I cannot stress enough how important it is that you complete rigorous due diligence to ensure that you are investing your money wisely.  For example, if you invested and the Paying Profits website disappeared who would you contact about your investment?  There is no address or contact number listed on the website.

I’d also like to draw your attention to the following text shown on the ‘Rules’ page of their website:

“As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.”

This is standard wording I see on many HYIP websites that is used as an excuse to avoid regulation and control.

To assist with your due diligence I have conducted a WhoIs search against the Paying Profits domain, you can see the results here:

My Recommendation

I strongly advise not investing with Paying Profits.  Many HYIPs are scams and this HYIP doesn’t provide sufficient information to make a serious investment.

      Hi Kevin,

Once you’re in there isn’t much you can do but try to get your money out.

Let me know how you get on.
